Happy New Year 2016!
Best wishes to everyone for the year ahead. I am looking forward to all this year brings. I am happy to be back on the Pacific North West Coast. It truly feels more and more like home every time I come back. I’m excited to be studying toward my diploma in Transpersonal Counseling with Clearmind International Institute, which will keep me here for the next three years. The experiential program is super challenging, but so worth it. It’s going to be another great year of positive changes and personal growth for sure!
Creatively, I’m also looking forward to putting together some new recordings this year(!!!) and some new collaboration with an awesome new group of artists both in Vancouver and on the Island. More to come on that later!
Last year I did my Reiki Teacher training and now that things have settled down in terms of re-adjusting to American life, work, school, and finding suitable living space, I will be focusing on building my Reiki practice here in Vancouver, offering treatments, attunements/classes, and Reiki shares. If you or anyone you know is looking for treatments or wants to learn Reiki, send them my way!
And I’m still doing FREE Monthly Distance Reiki on the first Sunday of every month, which means THIS SUNDAY, January 3rd, will be the first one for 2016. Get on board and Sign-Up!

Last year my goal was to practice asking for help, and I feel good about the progress I made there. I received a lot of help from people all along the way in 2015 and it totally made my life better 😀 This year, my goal is to practice having more fun. Are you doing something fun? Bring it on!
